Reflective journalling
Our journalling sessions are guided rather than prescriptive. We use prompts, quiet writing time, optional conversation and simple grounding to create space for reflection.
You do not need to be “good at writing”. Spelling, grammar and handwriting do not matter. Nobody is marking it, and you will never be required to read your writing aloud.
For some people, journalling helps organise a noisy head. For others, it creates a pause, a place to notice patterns, or simply time to think without sorting anybody else out.
