Tools & resources

Small and genuinely useful.

One useful job at a time, without another account, dashboard or task list.

Use what helps

A useful tool should make things easier.

We like tools that do one useful job without demanding that you create an account, learn a system or spend half an hour working out what the tool is supposed to do.

This collection will grow over time. Some resources are interactive, some are printable, and some are simply a useful explanation at the right moment.

Use what helps. Ignore what does not. You do not get extra wellbeing points for completing the whole collection.

A small useful pause

What is taking up the most room in your head right now?

You do not need to solve it. Naming the thing clearly is often a useful first move.

Nothing you type here is stored or sent.

Digital tools

Currently in testing

We are checking these for clarity, usefulness and mobile behaviour before deciding which are ready for wider public use.

Worry Sorter

Worry has a habit of presenting every thought as equally urgent. Worry Sorter helps separate things you can act on from things you cannot solve right now, so your attention has somewhere more useful to go.

Stress Bucket

Stress often builds from smaller pressures until the bucket feels very full. Stress Bucket offers a simple visual way to look at what is going in, what helps some of it drain away, and where a small change might make a difference.

What Might Help Today?

Sometimes the hardest question is not ‘What is wrong?’ but ‘What would actually help right now?’ This tool helps you pause, notice what sort of day you are having and choose a small next step without pretending there is one perfect answer.

On paper, too

Printable and session resources.

Some Cat & Crow resources are designed to be used on paper. Where a handout is part of a programme, participants will normally receive a printed copy in the session. Digital copies are useful backups for missed sessions, lost sheets or later reference.

We will add public downloads where they make sense and are genuinely useful outside the programme they came from. Nothing here yet is better than a download that is not ready or appropriate to share.

Clear boundaries

A note about wellbeing tools.

These resources are for general wellbeing and reflection. They are not diagnostic tools, medical advice or a substitute for professional support when that is what you need.

If something makes you feel worse or simply does not suit you, stop using it. The correct number of Cat & Crow tools to use is not “all of them”.
