About Cat & Crow
Cat & Crow is a community interest company built around a simple idea: that people need space to think, talk, and reconnect without pressure or expectation.
We offer practical, low-pressure sessions that combine conversation, creativity, and shared activity, creating an environment where people can engage at their own pace.
Why We Exist
Many people struggle quietly, often feeling that support isn’t for them, or that they should be able to manage on their own.
Cat & Crow was created to offer something different — a space that feels accessible, informal, and grounded in real life. There’s no requirement to talk, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to be anything other than you are on the day.
How It Works
Our sessions are designed to be simple and practical. Whether through structured journalling, hands-on workshop activity, or informal social groups, each session provides a way to engage without pressure.
Some people come for the activity. Some for the routine. Others for the quiet company of being around people who understand.
You can take part as much or as little as you like.
Who It’s For
Cat & Crow is open to anyone who feels they would benefit from a more relaxed and supportive environment.
Many of our sessions are particularly helpful for those who find traditional support settings difficult, or who prefer a more practical, less formal approach.
If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, that’s completely fine — you’re welcome to come along and see how it feels.
Who We Are
Gareth

Cat & Crow reflects Gareth’s belief that support should feel accessible, grounded, and free from unnecessary pressure.
Kat
Kat brings a creative and thoughtful approach to the sessions, particularly through journalling and reflective practices. Her focus is on helping people find space to think, process, and express themselves in a way that feels natural and not overwhelming.
She plays a central role in shaping the calm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Cat & Crow.
If you’re curious, you’re welcome to come along and see how it feels. There’s no expectation — just a space to take part in whatever way works for you.
